Role : Director – Corporate Strategy

Reports into : Chief of Group Strategy

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : CA / MBA from Premier Institute or Equivalent Education

About the Role :

- This is a key role supporting the organization in its growth agenda. This will be delivered through a deep analysis of current / potential business strategies, customer’s changing needs, market trends, partnership / acquisition opportunities etc.

- Lead the strategy process including long term strategic planning and periodic reviews

- Identify emerging trends in each business of the organization and work with business leaders to choose strategies that will keep them ahead of competition

- Evaluate organization's aggregate portfolio of businesses and synergies continuously to ensure that company is delivering value that is greater than sum of its parts

- Interface with CEO and senior stakeholders across the group on issues related to strategy

- Source and evaluate potential strategic acquisitions and partnerships; analyse financial implications and strategic rationale

- Develop highly effective market intelligence by market mapping, competitor tracking & bench-marking, industry analysis, etc.

- Excellent strategy development experience with large management consulting firms OR in a key strategy role for a large global corporation

- Outstanding strategic thinking capabilities

- Good experience in M&A, pre and post

- Ability to see around the corners and anticipate changes in the environment

- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive serious change

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Strong drive and a passion for excellence

- BFSI Industry experience will be an advantage.
