Job Responsibilities

To spearhead existing Corporate Restructuring business this would entail:

- Scaling of Corporate Restructuring practice of the Company

- Nurturing & retaining team.

- Ensuring quality & risk in assignment execution & client deliverables.

- Ensuring proper system in place for documentation as per Company internal processes & system.

- Achieving yearly business targets set by the management.

- Cross marketing various other service lines of the Company with the clients.

- Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the Team.

- Adhering to various internal policies.
