Director - Controls - BFSI Captive BPO

Director Controls

We have an opening with a captive BPO client in the BFSI sector. The position is that of a controls director who would be responsible for the consumer and community banking controls team.

The role would focus on :

- Controls partner and advisor to the India Operations business leadership team

- Partner with India country and leadership to drive the execution of the Controls agenda

- Provide thought leadership in the development and execution of a sustainable operating model to ensure clarity and consistency of control support across India and Philippines, and between on-shore and off-shore Control teams

- Provide leadership and support in a matrixed environment

- Ensuring end to end control environment and policy compliance for their respective business area

- Drive consistency of control standards and programs across functions, regions and locations

- End to End process reviews

- Overseeing Risk Control Self Assessment

- Provide guidance and on the ground training on controls, controls substantiation, root cause analysis, etc.

- Maintain strong and collaborative working relationship with Audit, Compliance, and IT Risk Management.

- Participate in Risk council to align business to country risk strategy.
