Position summary

The Contributed Pricing Team supports core contributed pricing products and technology offerings, including the CDS pricing service, Loans Pricing service, European ABS Pricing services and the Quotes platform. The team also manages the CDX and iTraxx family of indices, which are some of the most actively traded products in the credit derivatives market. In addition, the team also supports CDS clearing and CDS compression services, as well as, the administration of Credit Event and Environmental Auctions

WSO (Wall Street Office) business provides a suite of software products and services designed to make the management of bank loan portfolios and structured deals an efficient and accurate process. This gives immediate access to real time reference and transactional loan data. Its functionality is tailored to handle the unique behaviour of bank loans and compliance reporting required for complex structures. WSO Services helps clients streamline their business by providing outsourced access to best-in-class products and services for middle and back office operations.

This job requires a highly experienced financial professional to oversee and manage its Contributed Pricing and WSO Operations Teams in Noida. The successful candidate will be a part of the global senior management team driving the creation of a Product Services capability across the firm and responsible for aligning these teams with that strategy.

The incumbent is responsible for liaising, coordinating, escalating and driving all aspects of operations related to the businesses supported and providing leadership to all product services teams locally. This includes the analysis and execution of driving standardisation and maximizing operational excellence across similar functions across different products and providing leadership and development growth for the teams.

Duties & accountabilities

- Taking initiative to learn teams’ processes and the products they support.

- Partner GPS EMEA Director to ensure the teams’ are structured and resourced correctly to deliver the business requirements.

- Take a pro-active role within the global operations management team to ensure process alignment and operational efficiencies are realized.

- Manage a team of highly motivated professionals.

- Taking a leadership role in implementation and training surrounding newly developed tools.

- Ensure the successful expansion of teams as needed.

- Help provide management and oversight by implementing and managing M.I. KPI & KRI reporting.

- Grow and develop managers and teams and instill a culture of excellence
