Director - Consumer Insights & Analytics - Manufacturing

A leading Manufacturing Organization has set up its Shared Services Centre in Gujarat. Our client is for a Director Global Insights and Analytics to be sed in Gujarat.

The role could be based in Gift City/ Gandhinagar and has flexibility to work from Ahmedabad/Surat.

Responsibilities:

- The Director Insights & Analytics - will be responsible for driving capabilities across Data Science, Social Listening, Business Intelligence, Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCOE) and Visualization. Candidates are required to have experience in tools such as AI/ ML/ Decision Sciences/Data Sciences and Analytics

- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to drive sales fundamentals, analyze sales & marketing performance, market trends, and consumer/shopper behaviors. Generate actionable insights to drive sales growth and customer performance, optimize space management, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes.

- Develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to empower the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Experience to improve consumer experience and Retail Store Frontend solutions , especially for US based clients/Retail formats

- Strong experience is required in Business Intelligence processes globally, to improve efficiencies

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of commercial operations. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance, monitor progress, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
