Director - Consulting - Retail/Consumer Goods

We are looking for Director Retail Consulting working closely with the Partners and lead large consulting teams on client engagement and manage key account with sales and revenue targets.

- You will a Strategic thinker with extensive experience in the Retail and CPG industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful consulting services to retail clients.

- The ideal candidate will be able to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and provide thought leadership in the retail space.

- Lead and inspire a team of retail consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the retail consulting business, identifying new business opportunities and expanding client relationships

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored consulting solutions

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the retail consulting division, aligning with overall company goals.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making

Qualification and Skills:

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school with minimum 15+ years of experience in Retail or consumer goods Industry or Bachelor of Engineering from top Universities with minimum of 18 years of experience.

- Experience in one or more of the specified areas of Retail or consumer goods consulting/ running business functions
