One of the leading Management consulting firm is looking out to hire a Director for their Insurance vertical.

- The role requires someone from Consulting / Industry having spent 10 - 14 years of his career in strategy development, Business excellence, process improvement, change management etc preferably from General Insurance space.

- The incumbent will be responsible for developing business and overseeing project execution in the Customer & Channel horizontal in the insurance space. Client relationship management throughout the business cycle. Building, mentoring and managing team to meet the goals and objectives outlined.

- He / she will identify existing intellectual strengths within the company specific to the BFSI industry & leverage this to build the horizontal in general. He / she will develop initiatives specific to the service line, brainstorm with key stake holders & drive implementation to achieve optimum business value. Create industry specific consulting solutions.

- The Incumbent should have strong experience of working across the areas of the entire customer value chain i.e. customer segmentation, customer acquisition strategy, customer value proposition, cross sale, up sale, etc.
