Director - Compensation & Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Program Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Market Research: Conduct regular benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings, making adjustments as necessary to remain competitive in the market.
- Employee Communications: Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective communication strategies to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefit providers, consultants, and third-party administrators, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and maximize the value of vendor partnerships.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Provide expertise and support during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, integration planning, and harmonization of compensation and benefits programs.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and recommending adjustments to policies and practices as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
