Job Title : Director, C&B
Reporting To : Sr Director, HR
Ideally, premier tier-1 B-school 2010-2012 batch, may also consider 2010-2012 if experience is very good.
- The role will be responsible for creating a C&B strategy for 18,000 employees, including permanent and contractual.
- Past experience in - designing- C&B rather than managing the same, is highly desirable.
Compensation:
- Prepare compensation proposals for Retail Team Managers and Corporate Non Manager positions.
- Monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirements.
- Participate in two annual market salary surveys for retail luxury and corporate markets
- Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
