Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end processes of HRIS , eDMS, and employee lifecycles processes of confirmations, Transfers, F&F etc.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Payroll Management:
- Bring about payroll transformation by automation , system development , process efficiencies
- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline payroll processes.
- Carry out internal Compensation analysis , benchmarking with the industry etc.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and ensure service level agreements are met
3. Compliance:
- Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, advising leadership on necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HRIS and other tools to generate relevant HR and payroll reports for management.
- Analyse trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide insights into workforce analytics to support strategic initiatives.
