Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a shared services or global capability center managing a workforce of 8000+ employees.
The Director of Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of global compensation practices, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a shared services or global capability center environment, managing a large employee headcount.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports talent attraction, retention, and motivation.
- Program Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures, incentive plans, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations and are administered in accordance with company policies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability of programs
