Director - Commercial Project - Real Estate/Construction Business

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the commercial projects sector.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.

- Utilize insights to formulate effective growth strategies.

Client Relationships & Solutions:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, actively listening to their needs and delivering customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Lead the development of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that accurately address client requirements, ensure competitiveness, and showcase the company's value proposition.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, investors, and government entities.

Financial Acumen & Project Management:

- Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for commercial projects, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure, or a related industry

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate, construction, or infrastructure industries, including market dynamics, trends, and key players.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
