This person will be placed at a senior level for Call Planning leader who can work on multiple project streams for a client (s) and applies Analytics for better business decision making across upstream/downstream commercial operations processes. Manage P&L of projects being managed and develop new solutions.
Key Responsibilities -
Leadership
- Lead & guide the team independently or with little support to implement & deliver complex project assignments.
Project Management
- Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor compliance to the process
- Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.
- Mentor team and plan work for various work-streams
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all the engagements
Logical Thinking
- Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.
Handle Client Relationship
- Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills.
Education & Required Experience:
Education: B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline (Tier is not important) with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Required Experience: 6-8 years of experience driving commercial business operations with minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Call planning/Alignment in life sciences domain.
Technical: Must have worked on SQL/SAS for call planning and alignments.
