Director - Commercial
- We are looking at candidates who have completed their bachelor's from IIT and MBA from IIM- A, B, C, or Harvard or INSEAD.
- You would have the following roles and responsibilities as a part of the events team:
- Market research & intelligence: Clear understanding of market conditions and industry trends to plan business strategies.
- Marketing campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new revenue streams and encourage sustainable growth. An understanding of societal and economic trends and data can help with the marketing process.
- Client acquisition: Develop a deep understanding of business operations, sales tactics, and market conditions to conduct successful acquisitions.
- Collaborate: Take collaborative effort between many departments. Ensure that all team members are working together harmoniously to deliver on a project's goals.
- Commercial activities: Use data to help track important key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine the success of marketing campaigns and business activities. Fluency in data software, spreadsheets and other business platforms would help monitor all activity.
- Financial targets: Develop an accurate understanding of company finances and budgets to ensure the success of a campaign or part of business operations. Ensure that all business activities related to commercial operations stay within the realms of the budget and adjust accordingly.
- Partnerships with key stakeholders: Use interpersonal and communication skills to present findings and results to new and existing stakeholders to promote a healthy business environment within the company. Maintain sustainable financial growth to support the vision of key stakeholders and investors and deliver as per expectations
