Job Description - As Director, you would be responsible for ensuring that device and drug development plans in the organisation are executed efficiently with timely and high quality deliverables for a leading pharmaceutical client based in Hyderabad

Description
Reporting into the Head of Data Management, you shall be responsible:
- Leading and developing strategies to further strengthen the Data Management group, foster innovation and efficient implementation & knowledge sharing across the company
- Leading and supporting global clinical and non-clinical special projects and initiatives to drive functional excellence
- Driving productivity and efficiency measures to meet strategic imperatives, KPIs and targets
- Representing Clinical Data Management regarding requirements, selection, and evaluation of computer systems (hardware & software) that relate to Data Management activities
- Recruiting and mentoring direct reports to ensure high quality performance
- Ensuring that group is audit ready at all times and complies with company, department and industry standards and processes
- Building and establishing strong team spirit, highlight the need for training programs and ensure high quality communication and information flow of all deliverable to stakeholders
- 12+ years' of experience in Drug Development with solid expertise in Clinical Data Management operations & analytics
- Proven leadership, collaboration and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage simultaneous deliverable and meet deadlines
- Excellent understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP and medical terminology
- Must be able to anticipate challenges and risks and proactively suggest/implement solutions
- Ability to work under pressure demonstrating agility through effective and innovative team leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a global environment. Ability to influence and communicate across functions and to external stakeholders
