Director - Client Services - Localization - Editorial

Salary Offered : 40 - 50 LPA

Graduate / Postgraduate with 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in managing large Localisation / translation / language-related editorial industry

- Six Sigma Certified with excellent exposure to Operational Excellence and PMP certification would be an added advantage

- Experience of delivering large scale Localisation / translation engagements with extensive content customizations, is required

- Should be able to lead the internal team to develop new opportunities, ideas or partnerships to secure new client revenue and/or to grow existing

- Interface with client project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement

- Should be able to identify the training needs of the team and plan required training and competency development and consistently coaching & managing the performance of the team

- Self-starter, proactive and assertive and ability to collaborate with different teams and the clients

- Excellent command over English language - spoken and written and exceptional presentation skills

- Display great leadership traits and acumen to adapt to new work environments and strong operations management background is preferable

- Strong acumen for data analysis and MIS preparation. Should be presentable, confident in his/her approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy
