Client Service Director
Specific Responsibilities :
- Acts as the first point of contact for clients. Handling and coordinating client requests, managing briefs and delivering presentations.
- The candidate will liaise with the team members to create proposal briefs, sales pitches and client communication
- Develop new relationships with new target clients in key horizontals and elicit feedback on potential future products.
- Advice on research operational matters pertinent to the market, providing guidance and feedback on study contents pertinent to the clients/ market.
- Act as the consultant and advisor to client for customer service improvement initiatives, as well as providing guidance on best practices.
Additional responsibilities :
- Take the lead on proposal development, with the support from the research and consulting team in Singapore. Initiate new business opportunities and responded to client RFPs.
- Actively pursue speaking opportunities at key conferences, seminars and client events.
- Contribute to the global practice leads review of market dynamics, consumer trends and as well as new product development initiatives.
Typical Background/Qualifications :
- The Client Service Director must be familiar with conducting consumer research or using primary data to provide consulting support to clients.
Qualifications included in a job posting would be similar to this :
- 10-12 years relevant job experience with exposure to the Automotive or Consulting industry, particularly related to operations or business development.
- Fundamental understanding of research processes and key steps required in implementing a research project.
- Experience managing customer experience research and consulting projects across industries.
- Strong track record in developing new business opportunities and retaining key clients.
- Strong client service, communication and presentation skills.
