About our Client - Our client is one of the leading MNC Financial Institution. Due to expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Head of Change Management and Transformation Consulting practice for their business. They are looking for a seasoned professional with around 15 years of experience to join their team as a Director managing this internal consulting practice across sites.

Job Description - You would be responsible for driving the strategic transformation and change management consulting across businesses and locations. You will work as internal consultant to business, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive change management and process improvement initiatives leading a team of change management professionals.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a MBA/Masters with atleast 15 years of post-qualifying experience in quality, change management and transformation with a financial institution.

- Thorough understanding of quality tools like Six sigma and Lean along with change management experience in a financial services environment.

- Prior experience of working in a consulting environment managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

- Exceptional interpersonal effectiveness and people leadership skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, supporting long term career development.
