- The Change Management Director is responsible for applying a structured methodology, processes and tools to support adoption of change across the GBS organization, including transformational projects, process improvements, and other change management initiatives.
- Enable the design, development, delivery of communicating change initiatives to stakeholders, GBS employees, and for managing expectations throughout the change process.
- Project planning, execution, and monitoring, and for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Analyzing data and metrics related to change initiatives and reporting progress/outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Pre-Requisites:
- MBA | CA qualified.
- 10+ years of experience in related field.
- Handled Change Management projects for various geographies.
- Ensuring appropriate engagement with delivery partners across the business, e.g. GPOs, TPOs, Finance, HR, Tech, ERP Learning, Comms, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programs.
- Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)| Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
