Director - Center of Excellence - Machine Learning

We are looking out ANALYTIC PROFESSIONALS with expertise in Machine Learning. Require minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning & Risk Management.

Job Description :

- This Director position in the Center of Excellence will lead all aspects of USCS acquisition decision sciences for both prospects and customers, including strategic initiatives such as transforming acquisition models with machine learning and expansion of new to credit population in the front-end targeting.

- In this role, the candidate will provide decision science support and partner with colleagues in USCS risk management and marketing teams to ensure the success of these initiatives, continue the innovation in acquisition modeling and improve the efficiency of direct mail channels.

- In addition, this candidate will provide leadership to USCS new accounts decision sciences team in CoE, achieve better alignment between front-end and back-end decisions and drive synergy among all acquisition related decisions.

- Strong analytical skills and decision sciences experience, relevant skills in big data and machine learning is a must

- Deep understanding of credit bureau data and other external data sources

- Strong relationship and collaboration skills - proven ability to work with multiple business partners

- Good communication skills - ability to present work in large forums and to summarize information well for Senior leaders

- Min. total experience required is Seven plus years.

- Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field or MBA is required (Integrated IIT or IIM Postgraduate only)
