Job description:

- Ownership of all category specific marketing activities

- Deliverables include category-wise traffic, conversions, customer base & revenues

- Team will have to work with online & offline marketing, category & website teams to conceptualize and implement marketing initiatives

- Building category level shopper understanding and gaining deeper insights

- Driving category-marketing programs as per agreed calendar& resources

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing brand campaigns – ATL, BTL, online

- Experience in a retail / online environment – ownership of category/business p&L

- Managing marketing spends – budgets & plans

- Managing agencies – creative, media, activation & PR

- Leadership capability (will lead a team of 3-5 & a large with external & internal teams)

- 6-10 year experience, MBAs from premier institutes.
