Job Description - This is a leadership position for our key client. They are looking for a professional who comes with an experience and understanding of managing business operations in banking domain with a leadership experience in Lending, Fulfilment, Credit, and Cash Operations.

Description

- Operations Management - You will be responsible for a seamless service delivery of Cash Management operations as per service quality levels agreed upon with stakeholders. You will ensure strict adherence to AML and make sure that the relevant control framework is in place and key controls are rigorously implemented to mitigate Compliance and operational risks.

- Team Management - This is a leadership position and you will be responsible for People Management and development with a focus on coaching Middle Management & Talent. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a develop a strong expertise around cash management product and services.

- Change Management/Transformation - You will be expected to drive continuous projects to improve, review and streamline operations. Additionally, you will be expected to participate actively to contribute in projects by central/regional cash management business and get involved in an active participation on ad hoc tasks and/or projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

Profile

- Masters degree or equivalent with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

- Cash Management product knowledge.

- Operations knowledge and experience.

- Experience in Cash Management and Transition.

- You should be in a leadership position with an excellent communication and inter-personal skills
