Director - Capital Markets - Fintech

Our client is a fast-growing Series C, Fintech startup backed by leading VC/PE firms. They are currently looking to hire a Director in their Capital markets team who would be responsible for raising debt funds.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build on relationships with Lenders/Banks and submit the information for further applications for funding.

- Lead and drive the capital markets team to bring in debt capital to meet the company's goals and requirements.

- Understand the due diligence requests from prospective lenders, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response.

- Manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fundraising

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans and requirements of all potential lenders

- Communicate, engage, and interact with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion

- Select and engage consultants, auditors, and advisors

Experience:

- MBA with 8-12 years of work experience, preferably in Fin-tech/NBFC/Bank, for debt raising through International Lenders/Banks.

- Working experience in dealing in Term Loans, NCD, ECB, and other debt-raising instruments.
