We are hiring for the position of Director of a well-established Institute having prestigious ISO-9001 certification and NBA accreditation for several of its engineering courses, a testament to its relentless pursuit of academic rigor and global standards. The campus which is a part of a large chain of Educational Institute was set up around 20 years ago and enjoys good reputation and ranking.

The responsibilities as Director broadly include the following :

- Responsibilities of running a Campus offering the following Courses : Engineering; MBA Specializations, B. Ed, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Nursing, etc.

- Providing academic and administrative leadership and guidance to teaching and non-teaching staff

- Harness and develop relationship with important stakeholders

- Responsibility for ensuring compliance of all statutory obligations of UGC, AICTE, University and other relevant bodies

Qualifications:

- Ph.D and MBA/PGDM from leading institutes or Equivalent Education.

Experience

- 20 plus years of experience with impeccable track record of Managing an Institution from Industry, Higher Education or Third Sector.

Preferred Age : 45-55 years.

Interest in management education, capability of managing an institution and quest for excellence are desired attributes for the role-holder.
