Director - Business Solutions - Retail Conglomerate

- Engage with company's supply leadership team and business stakeholders to manage and define business strategy, requirements, solution approach, business benefits, delivery timeframes and project resources.

- Lead and deliver Company's global business strategic, organizational and transformational programs.

- Monitor and and drive business case development and benefit realization tracking.

- Enforce rigorous and effective program and project management, development and quality assurance processes and standards in line with the company's program delivery framework.

- Work with different business leaders to analyze business processes, identify areas of improvement and drive business projects for process and system change across the Company.

- Work closely with with IT and business stakeholders to form project teams for different IT solutions in order to meet business goals; lead and goverance the prioritization, project management, planning and approach review, solutions design and implementation.

- Prepare and present executive summary of project approach/ solution, progress, issues/ risks, results, and hindsight, etc.

- Lead projects and programs with cross functional teams to deliver business solutions across the Company; communicate progress regularly and ensure delivery remains on track and in line with expectations.

- Manage, coach and develop the staff and skills necessary to operate a reliable, efficient and highly effective delivery organization for new business solutions and ongoing operations.
