As a Director - School of Management, you will be responsible for provide leadership, administer academic programs, set high standards of overall education and be the face of the institute.

What you will do:

- Overseeing all the activities to ensure educational goals are met

- Exhibiting innovative leadership through creativity and engagement with the evolving business environment.

- Guiding the financial team to responsibly handle expenditures and budgeting

- Heading the annual meetings to structure the academic calender and ensure execution to conform academic success.

- Fostering relationships with relevant organizations and other educational institutes.

- Providing strategic direction for the business school in alignment with its mission and values.

- Formulating and implementing a strategy that will enhance the value and reputation of the institution.

- Organizing, planing, and setting priorities for allocation of resources.

- Building strong relationships with the business community

- Representing the business school to the Board of Trustees, alumni, and othe constituencies and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in the field of education management

- Phd degree in management from a reputed institute

- Work experience in a business school as a dean, director, senior professor, placement head or have background of CHRO

- Highly effective communicator in writing and speaking

- Excellent command over written and spoken English

- An in depth understanding of P&L responsibilities of an education institute
