Responsibilities:
- Adding new enterprise clients
- Managing relationships with existing clients, helping us get more value over time
- Achieving growth targets on recruitment and staffing business
- Designing and negotiating commercials with clients for both businesses in order to meet set revenue targets
- Aligning terms of trade and contracts with clients
- Aligning operational SOPs with clients and ensuring adherence
- Leading periodic review conversations with clients
- Working with internal stakeholders like supply acquisition, finance and product to meet goals and helping build function level roadmaps
- Leading a young team to success by training, sharing feedback and when needed, rolling up the sleeves to support them in getting things done
- Leading strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in corporate sales with strong experience in designing and negotiating commercial agreements in a complex environment
- Experience in hunting and farming accounts
- Experience in pricing related roles or strategy roles or planning roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience building and leading teams
- P&L experience or Operations experience in any sector will be an advantage
Traits & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to act as a mediator between Business, Customers and multiple stakeholders internally.
- Ability to problem solve a situation. Should have the ability to operate in 0-1, 1-10 environments.
- Ability to drive things to completion.
- Should have a result-oriented mindset.
