Director - Business Excellence - Financial Services - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

The client is a leading global financial services institution with over 9000 employees working across the globe. This is a Director level opportunity in the Business Excellence team based out of their Hyderabad site.

The roles and responsibilities are listed below:

- Act as a business consultant to various internal teams across fund operations, technology etc. cutting across geographies

- Drive transformation/process improvement projects at a global scale

- Liaise with senior stakeholders based in global locations such as Europe and North America

- Identify and implement business process excellence initiatives across different divisions

The successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

- An MBA from a tier 1 management school

- A minimum of 15 years of experience within financial services across areas like business process excellence, RPA implementation, project management etc.

- A proven track record in managing senior stakeholders at a global level, cutting across different divisions

- Strong capital markets expertise

- A six sigma master black belt will be preferable
