Role- Director Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing end to end high impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporate and Travel aggregators, into Travel industry.
- Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors
- Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers
- Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for up selling/ cross selling etc.
- Post sign off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Reporting To- CEO/Founder
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidate must be from travel industry. At least 8-10 years- prior experience in the Travel industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ideal candidate should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented, with a bias for action and delivering results.
- Candidate from Tier-I/II would be preferred with good pedigree.
Budget - Negotiable, as the role is senior (No Bar for the right fit)
