The company has 50+ customers including Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations. They use artificial intelligence and its curation engine to bring together organizations' internal learning content, expert insights along with millions of external resources into an easy-to-use, personalized learning experience, and knowledge platform. They need to fill the following position asap.  Position: Director of Business Development/ Sales ( SaaS/ HR Technology/ eLearning )   Education: Graduation + MBA ( Preferred but not mandatory )  Experience: 15+ years of relevant corporate sales experience, preferably from a SaaS/ HR Technology/ eLearning background.  Location: Mumbai  Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities & Desired Profile:  - Candidate will be responsible for a major impact on sales performance by driving growth across all product categories and channels.   - Will be an individual contributor responsible for working closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to close business in the enterprise space.   - Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan in partnership with sales leadership.   - Develop account specific plans for developing new relationships and generating sales. Work independently and with business development resources to develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify and close new business.   - Develop and manage pipeline activity.   - Manage the sales process from initial contact through close using Salesforce CRM. Develop and deploy strategies for securing new accounts.   - Deliver compelling customer presentations that expertly articulate company's Value Proposition  - Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree; business and marketing majors preferred. MBA preferred but not mandatory.   - 15 - 20 years of outside sales experience selling Learning Content or Learning/ HCM applications to Enterprise Buyers is essential.   - Initiative - Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them by looking for a new and productive ways to make an impact.   - Should have worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 SaaS companies in HR Technology/ eLearning space. Should be well versed with corporate selling, Territory management, account management.   - Should understand eLearning/HR technology eco system/ landscape Confidence to approach, work with and challenge senior executives.  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.   - Hard-working, persistent, and dependable.   - Positive and enthusiastic.
