OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
1. Set up, grow and deliver the revenue plan for iQuanti India, APAC & ME Region
2. Develop India, APAC & ME region as a sustainable market through business development, partnerships, enterprise sales and other market development activities
3. Set up a strategic roadmap to drive 20% of firm revenues from the region in three years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. New revenue growth
- Build an APAC&ME market plan, prioritize opportunities and accounts, and lay down the go-to-market
- Establish and execute the lead generation engine for APAC & ME (outbound- email, inside-sales)
- Penetrate identified set of priority accounts in APAC, establish relationships and map key stakeholders in accounts
- Establish client on the preferred list of marketing services providers in these accounts, win business and deliver QoQ expansion of revenue
- Develop & maintain a 2X-3X pipeline of opportunities for APAC goal achievement
2. Lead APAC & ME sales pitches and RFPs to win new business
- Lead deal pursuits, nurture and progress deals to closure, lead commercial & contracting negotiations
- Orchestrate and optimally leverage Executive Leadership, Solution Leaders and SMEs/ experts to win deals
3. Establish foundation and in the near term (12-15 months) scale the APAC & ME team to achieve future growth objectives
4. Grow revenue through cross sell of Client services in existing APAC accounts
KEY RESULT AREAS :
1. 100% achievement of APAC & ME revenue plan
2. Number of new accounts signed
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1. Business Development
- At least 8 years of professional experience. With significant portion in sales & business development with the most recent 3 years focusing on marketing services
- Proven track record of success in business development and success in quota driven sales role
- Network of relationships in APAC & ME region, particularly with business & marketing teams in large Banks, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Internet space.
- Proven skills in negotiation and deal closing
2. Digital Domain Expertise :
- Is passionate about digital marketing and current on mainstream digital marketing developments
- Good knowledge of digital marketing landscape, channels and prevailing trends
3. Personal traits
- Self-starter and an effective planner who is resourceful and find ways to get things done
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills with proven ability to lead meetings with senior-level clients
- Ambitious and achievement oriented person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
EXPECTED TRAVEL - 25% of time across the region
