KRAs:
- Responsible for driving sales strategy for the Medium Corporate Group, at national level.
- Working with the regional teams on budget/target setting and achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the organization.
- Ensure high level of customer service orientation and maintaining healthy business standards.
- Achieve overall profitability of the vertical in line with the organisational goals.
- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a team of Regional Managers across the country for deeper market penetration and reach.
- Review and report the team performance and operational statistics.
- Ensure high motivation amongst team
Desired Skillset
- Should be a PG from a premier Institute
- Should have 15-18 Years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Should be from Financial Services Background (retail/corporate)
- Should have worked in target oriented role and should have delivered consistently
- Ability to manage scale and volume
- Should be proven team leading experience
