Job Title: Sales Leader Technical RPO IT Manpower.

Company: Supersourcing.

Overview:

Supersourcing is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader with a strong background in closing Technical RPO IT Manpower deals.

This role is not about merely generating leads but driving the entire sales cycle to successful closure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end sales processesensuring quick empanelment and high conversion rateswithin the technical RPO and IT manpower domain, especially in the Indian enterprise market.

Role Details:

Hybrid Work Model:

- 30%: Office presence in Indore.

- 70%: Remote work from your location.

Emphasis on outcomes over processdelivering closed deals that our delivery team can capitalize on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals in the Technical RPO IT Manpower space.

- Deal Closure: Leverage your expertise to secure and close high-value deals, consistently achieving a target of 10-30 closed RPO deals annually.

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure quick empanelment and long-term partnerships.

- Collaboration: Work in tandem with our delivery team to ensure that closed deals are seamlessly transitioned for execution.

- Market Insight: Utilize your industry experience to identify and convert opportunities within the technical and Indian enterprise sectors.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in handling full-cycle sales and closing deals in Technical RPO IT Manpower services.

- Proven success in working with Indian enterprise clients and achieving consistent, high-value results.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Prior experience working in similar roles with established organizations (we are looking for proven expertise, not freshers).

- A strategic, outcome-driven approach with a strong focus on customer engagement and quick empanelment.
