Company has raised Series A fund with India's top early stage VCs like Blume Venture Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and a few more.

- The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


- This person will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, and negotiating and closing deals.


- The Director of Business Development will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that the company's business development efforts are aligned with its overall growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.

- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and growth for the company.

- Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with company objectives.

- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for the company to differentiate itself and gain a competitive advantage.

- Provide regular updates to the CEO and senior leadership team on the status of business development efforts.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close deals.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a business development strategy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
