Responsibilities:

- Managing Direct Customers, Alliance Partners & Regional / Country Sales Teams

- Developing a strong pipeline with customer relationships and winning mandates.

- Constant acquire Client feedback to internal organizations to enhance our offerings

- Identify and engage strategic alliance partners to grow the adoption of Ziroh Technology and manage them for mutual long-term growth and value.

- Constantly review and report Market information in the areas of Data Privacy and Encryption Tools, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.

- Quantify market Revenue opportunities, articulate demography of both geographical and industry sectors.

- Develop 'Go-To Market' strategies that map industry needs, product capabilities, Direct and Alliances strategy, and use of optimum resource deployments.

- Marketing Leadership, Thought Leadership and speaking engagements, Visible and engage the target audience via active participation in events and conferences

- Contribute by writing articles in professional social media and industry communications.

- Focus on growth; recruit, mentor, and inspire new talent.[Text Wrapping Break]

Qualifications:

- 10-15+ years experience working in and managing highly effective BD teams in fast-growing market segments.

- Experience in managing direct and indirect sales and market development activities with a strong professional network

- Organized, thoughtful and execution-oriented

- Strong Sales Leader, who is willing to experiment with new products and business models in a rapid growth market.

- Ability to define and execute a sales strategy in the target market

- Ability to build and lead a winning team across multiple business functions.[Text Wrapping Break]

Required Skills :

- X years working in a fast-growing technology startup/scale-up.

- Strong network and relationship skills

- Prior experience in applied technology

- A well-read, keen observer of trends in Data Privacy, Cyber security, data analytics, AI/ML, fintech, and the startup community.

- Penchant for written communication, blogger, and public addresses.

- Understanding of data privacy and cyber security concepts and platforms.

- Background in Technology Sales is an added advantage

- Understanding of existing and emerging data privacy regulations
