We are seeking a seasoned leader to head the Oil and Gas vertical for a leading global analytics and research firm. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and contributing to sector expansion across India and the Middle East. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of industry, policy, and strategy.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead the Oil and Gas vertical strategy and expansion initiatives across India and the Middle East.

2. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, government ministries, and regulatory bodies.

3. Represent the firm in senior client meetings, industry forums, and policy discussions.

4. Drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities in the sector.

5. Manage and mentor a team, including direct supervision of one Associate Director.

Requirements -

1. 12-15 years of experience in Oil and Gas or related consulting/advisory roles (minimum 10 years mandatory).

2. In-depth knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry, both upstream and downstream.

3. Established network with clients, government bodies, and regulators.

4. Proven ability to scale business operations and lead sector-focused growth.

5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
