Client : MNC Property Management Firms at Bangalore

Location : Bangalore

Qualifications/Experience : MBA in Business Management with 10 - 15 years of experience

Role is to :

- Handle business development

- Provide advisory services in the infrastructure or real estate domains

- Deal Consulting & Structuring

- Valuations of the properties and developmental advisory

- Develop the advisory practice with specific focus on urban infrastructure and real estate sectors

- Candidates with above experience in Consulting firms / Property Management consulting firms would be preferred

- Knowledge of any south India local language is mandatory

Location : Bangalore

Compensation range : Upto 40 lacs p.a
