To enhance the customer patronage and acquire new membership for the business club whilst adhering to the brand standards and guidelines as lay down. To achieve membership/sales target, implement new ideas on an ongoing basis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Tactical planning and coordination of membership sales activity.
- Selection of business accounts and assignment to staff.
- Setting up membership / sales goals.
- Track, analyse and discuss sales results with reporting manager and reportees, if any.
- Dealing with guest feedback and advising changes
- Invite and actively promote the membership (by invitation) to CEO- s/Entrepreneurs with a target of 50 memberships in the first year
- Brand Ambassador of the club
- Oversee operations with a dedicated service team
- Working closely with the hotel sales team to source new members
- Curate unique engaging events/programmes for the members
- Work with the PR team in promotion of the club
- To maintain the database of all the members for future calling, effective renewals and acquiring further accounts.
