As a sector director within Business Acumen, you will lead a team of competency analysts in the development of clear, persuasive and concise company outside-in analyses that will support Employer demand generation engine.

Drawing from deep experience working with clients in the Healthcare Industry/ Industrial Product Services, the Director will apply advanced expertise to lead a team in translating analysis into credible recommendations that drive action.

KNOWLEDGE :

- Producing relevant and value-adding industry point of view, analyzing and developing thought leadership to support both client service and Business Services partners and staff, as well as to external clients;

- Leading teams of domain experts and technical experts, bringing the two together to create solutions and insights based on fusion;

- Creating and contextualizing analytic modeling and monitoring of key sector drivers;

- Interacting with stakeholders and practice groups to develop new products and solutions;

SKILLS :

- Leveraging comprehensive analytics methodologies and tools, especially as it applies within a professional services environment;

- Evaluating, managing, prioritizing and executing multiple projects for depth and breadth of benefit of value, and provide recommendations on quality reviews to delivery;

- Establishing personal networks relevant to the industry;

- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in helping them to identify strategic business opportunities that can be realized through the creation original analytic points of view;

- Demonstrating ability to switch from managing buyers & stakeholders to managing a team creating solutions and insights with fluidity, professionalism and maturity;
