4-5 DRs with 40-50 member team pan-India
Looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. Candidate would be responsible for leading Brand Acquisition, Supply & Distribution business for the organisation
Role Responsibilities:
- Building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands/OEMs pan-India & driving Brand acquisitions through CXO level connect
- Strategize, build and execute the Brand Distribution business
- Leading the Vendor/Supplier acquisition across different product categories in Business & Industrial space
- Technology adoption for Brands - Bringing on company's tech platforms and driving their orders, inventory, account statement through the same
Work Experience:
10+ years of work experience in Channel Sales/Distributor Sales with leading Industrial/ Consumer goods/FMCG brands
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent Sales/Business development skills
- Deep understanding of Supplier/Distributor ecosystem and networks in specific markets
- High level of ownership, willingness to strategize & set up a new business model
Education: Graduation & MBA from Tier- 1 institutes
