Create and deliver an annualized calendar for the category across:
- Creative communication
- Media planning
- Co-branded partnerships
- Co-funded campaigns
- Partner restaurant activations
- Set up the regional marketing charter with the objective of winning consumer preference in focus regions for company - delve deeper into focus geographies to build and deploy a regional playbook
- Deeply understand consumer behavior by region in partnership with the consumer insights team to develop actionable insights for business and campaigns strategy
- Develop and execute long-term preference driving campaigns to shift consumer preference and drive acquisition in collaboration with central growth teams and external agency partners
- Work closely with the Central Insights team to measure brand health and campaign impact at national and regional levels
Requirements:
- 9-15 years of total work experience with at least 5 years of marketing experience with an MBA
- Strong creative and insight skills - agency management background and script judgment experience
- Strong experience handling large-scale 360 ATL campaigns for consumer brands (with regional focus will be a plus)
- Strong project management skills, preferably in a marketing role with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong history of having brought in innovations and out-of-the-box thinking in previous roles
