About our Client - Our client, a leading Big 4 firm is looking to create a Global Shared Service to cater advisory services to their financial services customers. They are looking for a seasoned banking operations professional with experience in financial markets like US or UK to lead and grow their team in India.

Job Description - Reporting into Head of Management Consulting, you will lead the team for banking operations advisory centre and help design the service offerings in order to support teams across financial services and risk and compliance service lines. You would also support service delivery for large engagements associated with operational aspect of business unit and key regulations like KYC/AML. You would also be responsible for:

- Managing fiscal and operational policies to drive profitability of the engagements supported by the centre.

- Integrate service delivery, support functions and build a robust outsourcing business model.

- Drive change management and facilitate deployment of quality tools like lean/ six sigma etc.

- Meet with prospective clients to present and promote the services as part of larger engagement discussions

The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience working in retail/commercial banking operations with an MNC Bank/KPO

- Very good understanding of international financial regulatory environment specifically in US and UK is a must

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders and handling large team (Over 400 people)

- Ability to lead team for large projects from scratch for new clients

- Ability to understand and consolidate diverse and complex business information and identify / mitigate risk issues
