hiring Director Banking Operations/ Transformation for a leading captive in Gurgaon


- Drive the delivery of Ops transformation initiatives program, including maintaining oversight of all work-streams towards the agreed maintain direction & timelines

- Lead Lead the transformation team to develop and execute a plan to deliver upon the objectives of the transformation agenda which includes operational efficiency, scale as well as risk & control

- Close engagement and communication with Ops senior leads to understand the operational needs across the front to back spectrum. Partner with Technology & Product to define implementation roadmap for strategic technology initiatives

- Manage the delivery of change communications via the respective channels to the stakeholders

- Manage conflicting priorities and inter- dependencies of the program and other organisational priorities and advising on the course of action as appropriate

- Proactively seek opportunities for establishing, building and maintaining successful relationships with partners, stakeholders and agencies in order to identify opportunities to deliver efficiencies and innovation to the organization

- Ensure experience gleaned and knowledge gathered from various projects is documented and shared across change team for leverage on other ongoing or future initiatives.

Key Requirements (Your skills and experience):

- 15+ years experience in Operations processes and Transformation in a financial services organization

- Proven track record in leading and managing projects across multiple teams and geographies.

- Strong analytical and organisational skills; able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical problems and concepts to a non-technical audience and leadership

- Strong concept and design skills, an excellent eye for layout, ability to work fast

- Able to identify and drive continuous improvement

- Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment

- Proven stakeholder management and people skills

- Strong communication and influencing skills working with senior stakeholders

- Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to colleagues

- Strong organizational/project management skills; ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks

- An appreciation of technology with strong project management background and understanding of the various corporate banking businesses will be advantageous
