About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with strong presence in India with their global shared services centers supporting Retail and Corporate banking and Investment banking operations. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a Senior Diversity candidate as a Director to lead their banking operations team managing teams for customer service and other complex retail banking operations.
Job Description - Reporting into MD and Business Head, you would be responsible for driving customer service and complex retail banking operations managing large team supporting global geographies. Your other key responsibilities would include:
- To build a culture of continuous improvement to drive superior customer service in the team.
- Drive the shared service strategy to transform the current processes to achieve more efficiency.
- Control over processes, budget and quality along with adherence with group compliance policies.
- Working closely with teams to develop and nurture future leadership.
The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA from top-tier B School with minimum 15 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong Process Orientation with very good understanding of retail banking operations and customer service
- Proven track record of managing large teams (over 1000 people) in a global environment
- Ideal candidate would have a very strong customer focus and would work towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delight
