Director - B2G Sales - Sewage Control/Biogas & Corrosion Control Business

Our client has specialised products in Sewage control, Biogas and Corrosion control and is expanding its presence and clients. They are looking for a Sales Director to expand their business pan India. The role is responsible for selling their products to Govt agencies, Municipal Corporations, through consultants/FMCs.

- A strong pedigree of IIT/REC/IIM with 15 years experience in Govt sales is required for this position. Strong inroads in Govt depts and decision makers. Ability to bid, negotiate and win large tenders. Ability to scale up a team of sales engineers.

- Proven experience as a sales director or in a similar leadership role in an engineering products company

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

- Ability to negotiate contracts and build strong customer relationships
