Sales Director India(B2B SAAS Startup)
- The sales Director for India shall lead the enterprise sales in India.
- He or she would manage and implement the overall sales strategy and execute them across various enterprise channels and acquire major customers by grasping target or category opportunities across the country.
- To motivate & direct the lead generation sales team to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in a scaled environment in leadership development of workforce performance and transformation sales.
- Demonstrated success in developing a high-performing team.
- Prior experience of 10+ years in dealing with SAAS, and Enterprise sales will be a critical advantage.
- Should be willing to work in a startup environment & build the sales structure bottom up.
