Director/AVP/VP - Data Analytics/Modeling - SAS/R - CPG/Retail

Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in data modelling, data mining and application of statistics in solving business problems

Education: UG - Economics, Maths, Statistics, B.Tech/B.E, OR PG - Economics, Maths, Statistics, OR ( Doctorate - Econometrics, etc.)

Location - Kolkata

Strong exposure into Modelling is must

Expertise in SAS or R is Must

- This is a modelling/quantitative sciences role that will work as part of a team providing modelling and quantitative technique based solutions to business issues.

- To develop models using a consistent, statistically sound process and of the highest quality.

- Strong exposure either into banking Analytics Domain or CPG / Retail domain

- Expertise in the usage of SAS, R, SPSS for model development.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in researching and creating proof of concepts and pitch decks, etc.

Key Skills:

Data mining, Predictive Modeling, OLS regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, decision trees, Naive Bayesian techniques, Neural Networks, statistical machine learning, Cross sell and up sell / Marketing mix optimization, etc.

JD:

- Working on advanced data mining & predictive modelling techniques

- Building client relationship, maintaining regular & productive communication with clients and stakeholders

- Providing relevant solutions and consultancy to business problems

- Preparing presentation decks for pitching to new clients, delivering service output to clients, etc.
