Job Description:

- Increasing scope and responsibility in technology project management & product development.

- Capability in managing multi-location software distributed development activities. Experienced in onsite- offshore model with end to end delivery responsibility.

- Technology Areas include Data Modelling, OOAD, SOA, SaaS, multi-tier Architecture, Microsoft Technologies (.Net, C #, ASP.Net, SQL Server)

- Should have extensive working experience in a product engineering background with responsibility of handling multiple product ownership in terms of engineering, support and QA.

- Should have strong experience in Introducing best engineering practices, know-how & tools to make the products more robust, scalable and stable.

- Mentoring both technical and management resources in terms of technical skills, engineering processes and delivery management capabilities.

- Should be able to conduct thorough review of delivery performance of various engagements at micro/ aggregated levels of project, program, and business

- Provide a group level perspective on the delivery performance and identify improvement plans, key areas of focus to the projects.

- Handling escalations, risk mitigations, course corrections & turnarounds.

- Reinforced engineering excellence in all phases of SDLC
