Job Description :
- Minimum 8+ years in recruiting for Director/VP/CXO level positions across product/technology roles for B2C product companies
- Deep understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem
- Experience in working on niche technology positions; should be flexible to work on non-tech roles as well
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in conducting interviews/assessments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
