Looking for Director Of Recruitment with World's leading Cloud based Company Based In Delhi/NCR

Role : Director Recruitment /AVP Recruitment

Job Location: Delhi/ NCR

Position Description :

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment portfolio .

- Detailed responsibilities will include working with managers and division heads in understanding the business needs, prioritizing open positions, and developing and executing recruitment strategies.

- Selected individual will be responsible for maturing the current recruitment team and coaching team members on identifying qualified candidates, conducting candidate interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.

- For senior level positions, they will be expected to be very hands on in actively attracting and recruiting top talent.

- The role requires a deep understanding of inner workings of at least one fast-paced, cutting-edge SaaS or software product organization, strong technology recruitment experience, leadership skills, maturity and successful team management experience.

Position Duties :

- Work closely with both India and US based stakeholders to determine hiring needs of the organization

- Provide expertise and thought leadership on successful talent acquisition

- Effectively manage a team of 20+

- Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies (including social media) for attracting talent with top-notch skills and the right personality

- Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment teams - technology and non-technology

- Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly

- Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning

- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings

- Demonstrates innovative thinking and strategic orientation in the design and implementation of solutions

- Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results-driven action items

- Effective reporting and strong recruitment analytics

- Work with local universities to establish rapport for direct hires and internships

- Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources

Candidate Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience performing full life-cycle technology recruiting,at least 5 years of which are in a fast-paced SaaS or software product company

- Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a high-tech corporate environment

- Experience working with tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and spreadsheets

- Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply

- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI

- Workforce planning experience
